You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund if you are not satisfied with your items. The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused. Any product that has been used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers.
How to Make a Return For any return request, the customer must send an email to hi@lecopainfrance.com. To facilitate the processing of your request, please include the following information in the email:
- Order number:
- Purchased item:
- Order date:
- Receipt date:
- Customer name:
- Customer address:
The company may request photos as part of the process. Once the email is received, the company will send the customer a return label via email. The product must be dropped off at a Colissimo/other collection point within 7 days.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused. Returns of used, worn, or damaged products will not be accepted. Personalized accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items purchased online can only be returned via email. Our physical stores do not accept or exchange items purchased online. Once you drop off your package at the collection point, it may take up to 14 days to reach us. Once received, the refund or exchange processing time is a maximum of 15 days (this period may vary depending on the carrier’s shipping conditions).
We only accept returns made through our return system. In case of a return made by your own means, we are not responsible for the return process.
Delivery Compliance The customer must check the conformity of the products received at the time of delivery of their order. In case of damage to the package or product, it is requested to indicate this information on the carrier’s delivery document.
Any anomaly related to the delivery, such as:
- Missing items
- Damaged package
- Damaged items
- Items not conforming to the order
must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, including photos. This notification must be sent to Lecopain’s customer service by email at hi@lecopainfrance.com.
